RACHEL GREENSLADE ("RACH") - PRINCIPAL LAWYER

Biography 

I started out as a legal secretary in 2006, to Paralegal in 2009, then after many years of study and juggling the joys of motherhood, stepping up to being admitted as a Lawyer in 2016. 

During those years, I focussed on the areas of Wills and Estates, Leasing, Rural and Residential Conveyancing, Property and Commercial matters. 

In the course of being in the legal profession, I saw an opportunity to better service my rural and remote clients.  And so, in 2023, I embarked on my journey as The Travelling Lawyer.

• LLB - Bachelor of Laws (USQ)
• GradDipLP - Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law)
• LLM - Masters of Applied Law - Wills and Estates (College of Law)
• Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland
• Recognised on the High Court of Australia Register of Practitioners

• Member of Chinchilla Community Commerce & Industry Inc (CCCI)
• Committee Member of the Queensland Barrel Racing Association (QBRA)

Other Interests 

Outside of work, I enjoy riding my horses and competing at various horse related events with my children.
